The Premium Service is our most popular pool service at Positive Pool Servicing. Aside from cleaning your pool thoroughly & ensuring all your equipment is working correctly, our technicians, as part of our pool cleaning service in Sydney, enjoy educating clients on how to maintain their own pool in the interim period between services. These educations on water quality maintenance/backwashing/general things to look out for ensure that your pool remains 100% year round!
The Premium Service consists of:
1. Full vacuum of the pool — Our team will give your pool floor a proper go-over, picking up every speck of dirt for a squeaky-clean finish.
2. Brushing of walls & steps — We’ll scrub all surfaces until they get a good shine, sending any stubborn algae or grime packing.
3. Scooping surface of debris — We skim the water's surface to remove floating leaves, insects and whatever else is trying to gate-crash your pool.
4. Full equipment check over — Our technicians will make sure that all pumps, filters and heaters are working like well-oiled machines.
5. Filter backwash — Even your filter gets a spa day under our watch. We’ll give it a thorough rinse, washing away the build-up for greater water flow.
6. Comprehensive water test & chemical balance — We'll test and tweak until your water is safe and ready for swimming.
7. Emptying of baskets & cleaner bags/filters — All collection points in your pool will get a proper clean out too, for hassle-free maintenance of your pool.

If you prefer, we also offer 5-weekly ($102), 6-weekly ($108), 8-weekly ($118), 10-weekly ($128), and 12-weekly ($138) plans. For one-off cleans, our casual rate starts at $124.

While we don't offer 24/7 emergency services right now, we know pool troubles can pop up when you least expect them. If you feel your pool has issues, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs immediately.

To keep your pool in good condition between our maintenance visits, we recommend maintaining proper water levels, running your filter for the recommended hours daily and brushing the pool walls and steps when possible. It's also wise to skim the surface regularly to remove floating debris.
